The book gives excellent, real-world examples of how to evaluate, select, and implement a Process Mining tool and how to set up a process mining center of excellence in an enterprise. I thoroughly enjoyed Roland’s easygoing, sensible, pragmatic advice on how to avoid potential process mining pitfalls and how to succeed with Process Mining.
