Another appearance on another podcast — I had the opportunity to be a guest on the “Die Prozessphilosophen” (the process philosophers) podcast.
This is always fun to record in your native language, and we spoke about the new book “Successful Architecture Implementation” (no surprise), but also about the content and how process management is done differently in the US and Europe. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend listening to the episode below.
Thanks to Daniel, Christoph, and Matúš (who was our guest in Episode 87) for having me.
